Same Excellence With
consistent growth of the Mediu, LLC
brand from a regional presence to a
national thought leader in the
customer interaction management
space, Mediu undertook a large
rebranding effort. Both the visual
presence in the market and the
service excellence needed to be
scaled to a larger audience. Today,
Mediu, LLC is announcing the
refreshed national presence.
‘Implementation meet innovation’ is
the central theme of the new Mediu
presence building on the Mediu
founder’s love of taking
straight-forward CIM implementations
and tweaking them to optimize client
value and in-turn increase
satisfaction for their customer
experience. The campaign’s inspiring
elements can be found on the
homepage vignettes celebrating some
of the most innovative moments in
human history. Normal occurrences
like an apple falling from a tree, a
kite being flown or rocks being
arranged can be tweaked into moments
of gravity, moments of electricity
or moments of wonder. The central
theme is also found in the refreshed
Mediu logo which represents two
spheres of professional
competencies; repeatable business
implementations in silver and
innovative processes/techniques in
cobalt.
As with the previous brand, Mediu
has placed the services into groups
for easier navigation. However, to
add to those groups, Mediu has
released a newly scaled business
delivery process consult I execute I
done. This is a refreshed version of
our service excellence for which we
are known.
